Tree Coatstand
Inspired by the simple act of hanging clothes on a tree, the Tree Coatstabd reinterprets this gesture within the domestic space. Photographs of a tree were translated into a three-dimensional form, then flattened into a refined silhouette. Through careful exploration of material, proportion, and angle, the piece balances function and poetry, a quiet dialogue between nature and design.
